Standard Items: If for any reason you are not satisfied Voluptuous will gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit only with the original invoice and all original price tags attached for up to 7 days, from estimated arrival date. Please note that all ITEMS are eligible for exchange or credit note only. We do not offer Refunds.
Sale/Clearance Merchandise: are all Final Sale! No returns will be accepted on sale items.
Credit Notes are Non-Transferable. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Please email email@example.com us for a Return Authorization Number and state the reason for your return before you send your package. All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Returned garments must be free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, stains, and pet hair. Any items returned that are not in this condition will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange and will be your responsibility to pay for reshipment of merchandise. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
We offer merchandise credit only, no cash refunds. After we receive the item, it will take up to one full billing cycle, or up to 30 days to process your return. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be responsible for new shipping charges/ Custom duties Credit notes will be faxed and do not expire.
Lingerie and Accessories are all Final Sales. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Lingerie, Accessories and Outerwear and Seasonal items. !

Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are at the buyer’s expense. All returns must be issued a credit note number or they will not be accepted by Voluptuous. Credit note numbers must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. Voluptuous is not responsible for any returns made without a credit note number. Voluptuous is not responsible for lost packages sent through couriers. The returnee/exchange or purchaser is responsible for all Shipping/Handling Charges. Voluptuous will gladly ship to nearly anywhere in the world. Shipping and handling charges are determined by real-time shipping rates from FedEx and UPS. These charges are calculated before taxes. There will be an extra charge of $3.00 cdn for deliveries sent to your home address. There is no charge if we are holding for pickup at your local FedEx location, this must be indicated when your order is placed.
