Lady Gaga Launches a pro-thinness message on Twitter after warning her fans about the risks of bulimia

Not so long ago she was encouraging girls not to fall into eating disorders, revealing an "intimate" part of her life, in other wordsher past with bulimia.

And now a new controversy has sparked fromTwitter due to a recent Tweet: "Just killed back to back spin classes. Eating a salad dreaming of a cheeseburger." For some it might have been an ironic sentence, for others it was an inappropriate message especially after her statements urging girls to live a healthy lifestyle and to watch out for eating disorders.

Social networks used as a way to be closer to fans can sometimes reveal themselves a true boomerang. The same thing had happened toMiley Cyrus, accused of being anorexic. But her response came instantly after, via social network: "For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It's not about weight -- it's about health," she explained, urging everyone to go gluten free for a week because "the change on your skin and mental health is amazing."
